Underwater Photography Contest : The 2017 International Underwater Photographer of the year has been announced. The award winner is French photographer Gabriel Barathieu,who captured a "Dancing Octopus" in a lagoon on the island of Mayotte in the Indian Ocean. The winner is chosen from over 4500 underwater photos sent by photographers from 67 countries around the world.
